Children's mental health

Seedlings Ages 5-10:

This training applies the concept of emotional regulation and self-expression through use of meditation for elementary students. The development of a creative meditative space with the alignment of guidance from their supporters will promote mindfulness that can help children relax, be present, self-regulate, learn healthy habits, and achieve higher levels of self-esteem.

Mental healthy youth development

Sprouts Ages 11-14:

This training explores the use of available outlets and meditation techniques to relieve tension, self-regulate evolving emotions, effectively manage stress, and promote more positive and compassionate interactions with family, teachers, mentors, and peers. This training focuses on methods of effectively slowing down for healthy adjustment to a rapidly changing environment.

Teen mental health

Blossoms Ages 14 &older:

This training examines and applies the diverse needs of older teens and emerging adults with use of available outlets and meditation techniques to formulate complex concepts of self-confidence, independence, cooperative, and empathetic engagement. This training promotes mood enhancement, cognitive skills improvement, and stress reduction.
